1. General

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our website wearverno.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the purchase receipt or another proof of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal within the EU:

Under the legal provisions of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, as described above.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@wearverno.com so that we can resolve the issue.

4. Exceptions to Returns

The following items are excluded from returns:

• Personalised or custom-made products;

• Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., beauty products);

• Items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed;

• Discounted items or gift vouchers.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take some time for the amount to be credited. If your refund has not been received after 15 working days, please contact us at info@wearverno.com.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include the statutory VAT. Payment is exclusively made by credit card through our secure payment service provider.

7. Delivery

We deliver within United Kingdom and to other European countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are generally between 3 and 20 working days.

8. Changes to the GTC

We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions as necessary. The current version is available on our website.
