These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our website wearverno.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We also require the purchase receipt or another proof of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal within the EU:

Under European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, as described above.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@wearverno.com so that we can resolve the issue.

4. Exceptions to Returns

The following items are excluded from returns:

• Personalised or custom-made products;

• Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., beauty products);

• Items that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed;

• Discounted items or gift vouchers.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 working days to the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take some time for the amount to be credited. If your refund has not been received after 18 working days, please contact us at info@wearverno.com.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Payment is made exclusively by credit card through our secure payment service provider.

7. Delivery

We deliver within Germany and to other European countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are usually between 3 and 20 working days.

8. Changes to the GTC

We reserve the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions as necessary. The current version is available on our website.
